SHARON LIONS CLUB
District A-16 Region 45 Zone 45 West
The Sharon Lions Club received its charter from Lions Clubs International on October 23, 2003 and celebrated its Charter Night on January 24, 2004. We were pleased to have over 200 present that night as we were welcomed to the District A-16 Lions Family.
Our Sponsoring Club was the North Newmarket Lions Club.
Join us for a tasty BBQ meal at the Art Show on May 16 and 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Join us also at the weekly Car Shows being held at the East Gwillimbury Municipal Centre each Saturday this summer.
Shows begin on May 16 and run through September 12.
Show times are from 5:00 p.m. to dusk.
Come out and see some great old cars and help us raise funds for our community service work by supporting the BBQ.
Talk with our members about how you can become a member and help your community.
Meetings are held at the Temperance Hall (Leslie Street and Mount Albert Road) on the second and fourth Tuesdays each month.
Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m.
The Sharon Lions Club welcomes all members of the community, male and female, interested in giving a little of their time, talent and effort to make our community a better place to live.
